you have to unbolt the bracket from the door. look on the inside edge of the door...i believe they have "torx" heads. it leaves an ugly blank spot when you remove them.

to remove 19-23 you have to drill it...i believe they are riveted together. i did this before and put it back to stock.

can you just remove that bracket.(19-23).............#12 bolts.. remove those and put those back in? or should i just dril those things out?

I'd just keep them in there dood, plus it'll be fun when cops give you heck before they notice your harnesses.

im not leaving them. im currently running no door panels...

i had to take my 91 door panels off because the hit my roll bar....

so i got some 89 door panels waiting to go in. and i cannot put them on until i remove the seat belts(stock ones)

you can drill 19-23 apart but then the belts are unsellable garbage. try to remove the bolts (12) and see how the door closes, cause i think that lines up the top of the door.

if the door doesnt shut good without them, make a custom peice so you can put the (12) bolts back in, or get a junk set of belts and drill the peice off.

In Montana if your not wearing the factory safety belt, its illegal. If I feel like driving around or to the track with my harness on, I also plug in my seatbelt.
