Default Frakenstein: B16a1 head to a B18c1 block w/ ITR Tran Q'S???????

I am planning to swap a B16a1 head onto a B18c1 block w/ ITR tranny. With the Crankshaft,
rods,
pistons,
new bearings,
gasket, and other internal parts, what else would i need for the external parts. All I can think of is the;
water pump,
pulleys,
tran &oil pan.
Also is there n-e thing i might have to change so i can swap it correctly. Pls give me any info that might be useful in performing this swap....
