ecu gives a quick flash, then stays unlit in ON position. car doesn't start.
ok, so after I installed a VSS into my car (sig). I backed up and decided to take it for a spin. when shifted to first and started to move, the car died and did not want to start back up. I am definitely getting fuel. And I'm definitely getting no spark.
what worries me though is the fact that my ecu (chipped PM6) would give a quick flash when the key in the ON position, but then it stays unlit aka no red led whatsoever. If I turn the key to OFF it'll give another quick flash but that is all. nothing else. i used to get a code 7, 17, and 20. but as stated earlier. the ecu does no flash anymore. I swapped it out for a known working ecu. I got the same results along with the car still not starting.
someone said he was pretty certain that my coil went out. if it wasn't that, then it's the ignitor. but it can't be anything else. any ideas. thanks for reading.

yeah it's probally something in your dizzy, just get a new one, it's worth it in the long run
for sure. Stick in a known good dizzy, if that fixes it go to autozone, lifetime warentee dizzy, $180. Never **** with it again
i tried swapping in a known working ecu already. same results along with the car still not starting.
