Good move to make? or just keep it?
i wanna mod my motor for N/A but it takes time, patience, and money
The thing is, I have a 99-00 si w/ stock b16. I got an aem intake, dc ss 4-1(usdm pos), jackson racing high flow cat, and greddy evo catback. After all that money I feel a nice 8whp(roughly). Sound realistic?
Anyway, the question is: should I sell my pipes and work on my internals? Cause I know I will want to change everything to 2.5" anyway when I go bigger cams.
It is a bit loud but not enough power to back it up.
Any opinions are appreciated . just need outlook from people who has experienced everything first hand.
TIA

If you add other mods such as cams, higher compression and so forth, those basic bolt ons will yeild higher gains. All the mods you do will play off of all the other mods you have. I would say go with a good set of cams, springs and retainers.
