Default Replacing corssmember and stuff like that....

I have replaced my front and rear crossmembers with "freshened" units...

Is there anything "special" that I need to know in regards to alignment or will just bolting them together and letting the bolts "align" averything work?

Also, when I bolt in and tighten the front LCA's, should I have the wheels on and have the load of the vehicle on the suspension?

Have the suspension loaded before the last tightening of the control arm bolts, even if the wheels aren't on and there is a floor jack holding it up. Tightening the suspension in droop then putting the car on the ground puts preload or wind-up in your bushings unless they are spherical and will wear them prematurely. This includes shock bushings too. Some cars might even sit slightly higher or have the ride height effected if there is too much wind-up in the bushings.

Doh, I am pulling out my front member (can you do that in public? ) Just have to find a way to attach the radius rods to the roll cage when they point towards the back of the car.

Just bolt them up, it will be centered, unless something is bent.

You just have to put the suspension at ride height before tightening. I use a REALLY tall jackall (5 ft) here at work to raise the suspension up to ride height before tightening. It does not have to be loaded with the tire.
