Default vtec head

I have a 97 integra ls with some mods. its slow and i hate it. i want to get a vtec ported and polished head, what do i need for the full install and how much is everything. some one help me out thanks !

vtec head, gsr headstuds, lsvtec line(45 shipped, pm me), new LS headgasket, vtec distributor, vtec intake manifold. machine head, pistons are a good idea, etc.

throw ecu on there, aftermarket rod bolts like ARP to the block can handle the vtec revs (not a must do, but to be on the safer side).

Well if you want to go ls vtec try to locate the gsr head first then build it up accordingly to how much power you want. having a ported and polish head wont do jack if you dont have any internals. oh yea. bump up compression on the ls too with some pistons....ctr maybe? good luck
