Default DIY Black housing headlight question ALLMODA plz help

I know, this should probably be in app/cos but since it won't let me post in there I figured I could get a quick answer here. Since it is kinda tech. I've searched for the diy and found a great guide from ALL MODA. The only question I have is when I put the headlights in the oven what should I place under them? Just put them straight on the rack or put them in a pan w/ tin foil, what? Anyways, I'm going to try to do this tomorrow before I go to work. Oh yeah, if somebody can give me an approx. time on how long this takes it would be a big help. Also, does it need to be high temp paint cause those bulbs get really hot and I'm going to paint the turn signal part (not leave it chrome).
All help is appreciated.

Thanks man, you really helped me out, did you see any signs of melting on your headlights?
