Default recommended spring rates for ERS

i have an EK hatch with Ground Control coilovers with off the shelf rates. i have them on tokico illuminas with a 26 mm front sway bar and a 22 mm rear sway bar. can anyone recommend a better spring rate for some new ERS coils? my ride has gotten kinda bouncy. should i upgrade my struts? will a stiffer rear help prevent subframe tearout? i have the beaks kit in the rear. i was looking at some kyb agx.

the type of driving i do is aggressive. i DO NOT autocross. i take aggressive corners on the street and occasionally go on canyon runs. lets hear some suggestions.

If you're a street set-up, I think you're fine the way you are - maybe just need some new shocks

Konis and this page will help you: http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/people/crash/Index.html

After reading the above page, I'd suggest checking out a track day or an autocross or something. As you approach driving at the limit, you may find canyon carving less appealing.

The cost of a ticket, increased insurance premiums, losing your life or killing someone is much higher then going to an autocross or a track day.

Here are a few links to get you started:

You may want to reconsider this type of activity before you hurt yourself, or worse, someone else.

Lockdown for now.
