You are right. That is why I am talking to you. Neat by product is this post goes up when I reply to you. Funny thing is these are pretty much sold so the only point of bumping it is to aggrivate whiners.

He didn't break any rules, that's the real point.

The other point is that its unbelievable that people are flaming Trey. I for one basically went to the expo for free given my raffle prize. How many others have been a beneficiary of Trey's hard work for the expo and sponsorships for us?

But you're right, that's not important. What is important is that everyone else does what Trey did in a FS post that linked to a classified ad. So I dont see the big deal.

There shouldn't be flaming, period. I'm sure some people might not, but MOST, thank Trey for doing what he does. I do, and Im not even going this year. Last year I made sure I went out of my way to buy him a beer when he looked like he actually wasn't working.

Come on Trey, he was basically saying, "Trey busts his *** on the Expo how dare you complain." You are right, your post is not an issue. And you made it clear, you were following the rules. So, my response shouldn't be the issue - his comment about you 'busting your *** therefore no one should bitch' is.. Last I checked, everyone (most everyone, including myself) is far grateful for what you do for the Expo. Bottom line though, (And please note, I have no desire to plan or even try to plan an Expo as well as you) is you volunteer to do this. &lt;shrugs&gt; Back to my hide-y hole... good luck with the sale and the outcome of the Expo.

I agree.

Trey and I split a few pitchers of margaritas in March and he skimmed all the alcohol off the top (as it seperated) and left me with the mix. Damned alcoholic scammer....

 

I didn't say Trey should be the exception - Trey follows the rules and is a member who has ONLY done good.

so even IF he was breaking the rules, a simple locking of the thread would suffice in place of the onslaught of flames to 'damn' him that some would like to see.
