i think my valve seals are really bad... ive made several threads about my problem, but my compression test shows my compression is fine, leakdown test shows all cylinders under 10% leakage... lots and lots and lots of blue smoke, so i think it's my valve seals.. anyway, are there any writeups on how to do this, what i need to buy, etc? and should i go about doing this? im burning about a quart of oil a week, if not, more. so i think i should do this soon.. thanks

 

other than the headgasket and valve seals, anything else i need???? help is greatly appreciated, just a how-to would be great! thanks!!
