Default Springs vs Coil-overs: Give me YOUR opinion!

Hey all, just wondering what YOU guys are running. I have a chance to pick up either for pretty cheap, and I was wondering witch were "better". Ride quality is my main concern. The springs give a 2.5" drop, basically what im lookin for(maybe a bit more). I dont autoX or see the track(much), what do you think the best choice would be??
BTW, I did try searching, but couldn't find the answer i was looking for lol!

you dont NEED to have one....im dropped 2.5 " and 2.25 and i have had no camber/toe (covering my *** because of B18C-EH2) issues..just rotate your tires every so often and you shouldnt get any abnomral wear on the tires

I had coilover sleeves for a while and I didn't like the ride quality at all. Right now I'm running neuspeed race springs with tokiko blues. I know alot of guys don't like the blues but I've personally have had good experience with them. If I was to do it all over again though I would grip a set of Koni's or Tein's. Some true coilovers.

Excelent link man, thank you

I almost forgot though, whatever I do pick up, I'll still probably be on stock struts. Having said that, what do guys think now between the two?

just get some Ground Controls, then get some Koni struts later....but you gotta buy something from Ground Control to make them work on Koni struts.

I've had regular springs before, but I wanted to go lower and couldn't. I just ordered some Ground Controls last week because I like the idea of being able to set my height exactly where I want it and not be locked into a certain height from a regular spring. Plus I can get more aggressive spring rates down the road if I so choose.

if your going to get coilovers

ground controls + agx is probably the best band for your buck set up...lots of people on here use that set up and a couple of my friends have it. and they love it...id recommend getting both at the same time and isntalling at the same time so you dont have to double pay for install

Good to hear that others like that setup because that's exactly what I ordered. $580 shipped from groupbuycenter.com. Should be here Monday. Happy birthday to me!

I'm not trying to be a dick or anything but,,i see the question about springs/shocks which ones should i get way too much here..it's like that crazy quiz-nos sub commercial with the dead curled up hamsters singing that quiz-nos sub song....it's gross and whenever it came on i just changed the channel...i think searching from now on would be great from now on for anyone in the future that wants a answer to this type of question..again not trying to be a dick. Just I like this channel..
