Default type r suspension

I have a 94 ls and right now I have weapon r coilovers but im wanting to try the type R suspension....which one is better?

type r i guess. I have the weapon r's because... well actually they came on the car and im just too lazy to remove them.

Better in terms of what? What are you going to use the car for and what are you goals with it?

apples and oranges dude. the coilovers are adjustable whereas the type-r springs are fixed...
