Ok I got this damn prelude B21 engine laying around that I don't know if it's any good or not as I'm gonna do a compression test today but after looking at the pit marks on the cams I think this things been through hell. I know that the engine doesn't fit or change parts with anything but what about the tranny. Will the tranny bolt to other B series engines? At least if the tranny would bolt to something I didn't waste my time driving to get this free POS engine. And just to check the B21 head won't bolt to any other B series engines right? just checking cause the ports on that thing are alot bigger than I remember by B18 being, and with a monster turbo that thing would flow some serious air. Thanks again everybody

ok I did a compression test and well there is none. I'm not even sure how this is possible but I got 20PSI on cylinder 3 so the engines F'd on this one. About that tranny though anybody know?
Well I believe the crank in a B21 motor gives a 95 mm stroke. Their reliability is debatable though. Many people claim those b series prelude motors as totally useless. I have no experience with them so I can't give a definite yes or no on that. In any case I wouldn't really recommend running a 95 mm stroke on a daily driven b series in the first case.
