wanting to swap a d16a9 EURO SPEC. for B16
wanting to get rid of my non vtec DOHC d16a9 and place a b16 in its place. Car is a honda crx ED9 chasis. anyone know a good write up for this? i.e. what i'll need? ecu? shafts? gearbox? engine?

Your car is USDM? Or EDM? I think that you'll need a new set of conversion mounts to but a B series in place of a D series, no matter what chasis.
