i was wondering what was the difference between the 99-00 EX rear bumpers and the SI rear bumpers?

I too was wondering this. I have ended up with a few
si rear bumpers, and none of them have any kind of
lip or anything. Is there a rear lip option for the si? Or
is this whole rear lip stuff just more missinformation thanks
to the civic forum?
