I have honda accord 2002, EX, v4, 4door.

around 80-90k miles

alot of people dont bother to, but they are cheap so why risk it.

changed the fuel filter two time, now the car has 130k

i cutted open the canister and there's some yellow particle/dust in it

Honda says it's a lifetime filter and only needs to be replaced if there is a problem with it.

You have an inline 4 not a v4.

if I am not mistaken, 6th gen 4 banger only have one inline fuel pump filter huh?

yeah the fuel filter is in the pump itself and needs to be replaced only if there is a problem with it..
