how do i install air temperature sensor??

hello.. my car is throwing codes..and im thinking its the air temperature sensor..
it doesnt have one...i have a 2000 GSR motor in a 96 EK hatch..97 gsr obd2 ecu.
im jw..how do i install this and what parts do i need to make it work??..
#23 in the pic.


you guys that have gone through this problem..help me out plz..!!.thanks.

Did you check to see which exact codes its throwing or are you just making "educated" guesses.

yea its throwing that intake sensor code. 10 "IAT Sensor (Intake Air Temperature) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor"
right??.

I had that happen to me around december.
Check the fuses under the dash first. Mine was blown and it caused the cel...replaced, reset, solved.

alright..do you remember which fuse it is??
my fuse panel is gone..

Ok. In order to swap the IAT you need a screw in IAT like on the older si cars and on pretty much every integra. Then you need to cut off the wires from your push in IAT and mate those wires to your new screw in IAT. Loom it all, plug the hole you now have in your intake arm, plug in the IAT, call it a day. (personal experience with this from wiring one up to my 00 itr motor in my 99 si chassis...it works)
