where are the air filters and how to change them?
car: 91 si
problem: I had an open bleach bucket in my front passenger's floor last september with the interior fans blowing. I believe some of the fumes got into the filters because the car still smells like bleach fumes every time i get in it. It's giving me a sore throat!
How do I change the air filters, and where are they located? This car is 13 years old, I might as well change them for the first time.....

are you talking about the "filter" in the engine bay or blower motor? if its the blower motor I think you need to take the whole blower assy. out (under the glovebox) I'm not sure if it actually has a filter though?
http://www.binghamtonlife.com/...g.htm maybe somewhere here will help ya out
.....I am talking about the air filters related to the climate controls and circulating air system. I am NOT talking about the induction system for the motor.....
well i just did this today its right under th glove compartment and u have to pull the whole dash to get it out and man is it a pain in the butt. there is no filter so the is probaly only a little build up so it probally go awat because getting the blower out is not fun at all. if u need any other q's or a new blower email me.
