gsr intake cam

Default gsr intake cam

i was told to put in a 95 and up gsr intake cam in my b16a and the car will be faster is that true. my motor when i bought it was auto the place i got it from gave me a clutch and fly wheel so i thought it was better since it was auto it was not beaten probly some old lady drove it is there a diffrence inthe automatic cams and 5 speed cam also

Auto b16A's are weaker. Best to swap in M/T cams and valve train. May as well get some GSR cams in place of M/T B16A cams because they suck.

I don't know how much difference there is in the cams, but the valvetrain is different between an automatic and m/t motor. Auto motors have single valvesprings on the intake side, as opposed to manuals which have dual valvesprings.

YES, damnit there is. Milder profiles. Why do you think they were rated at less power?
