I am almost posative that the z6 has the 3 bolt trianlge
setup, and the d15 is like 2. Correct me if im wrong,
but I know I had to use a z6 housing and not my d15 one.

They are interchangeable. I put one off my old d16z6 onto my brothers d15. It works fine to this day.

If you want VTEC to work, you will need the D16Z6 distributor. Otherwise, you can use your stock one I believe.

not sure about those, but I'm pretty sure that no matter what you do it has to be obd1 -> obd1 or obd2 -> obd2 for the dizzy to work right... at least that's how it is on B series engines...

Wrong buddy. A non vtec one will work, since its the same damn thing.

And if you want to prove me wrong, please rip apart your supposed VTEC distributor, and show me any sort of different internal sensor, etc. to prove me wrong.

Im not trying to be a dick, but I hate people that give bad info.
