Okay so I'm not sure exactly how rare these items are, but I already picked up the O.E rear speaker install kits complete with the big trays for my hatch yesterday for $30.00. the speaker kits alone are $20.00 from honda, but they are not available any longer.

I'm also going to pick up a set of near-mint 1991 Civic Si seats! The front passenger and rears are 100% perfect, and the driver's bolster isn't torn or even whitish from being worn. It appears that thr seam had come undone and it was resown a bit sloppy, but it's not been repacked nor is it lumpy at all.

I'm paying $175.00 for the fronts, the rear, and the rear cargo cover that is also mint.

Do you guys think this is a pretty good find?

I've been looking everywhere for this stuff and every driver's seat I've found is chunked out on the driver left bolster so far excapt for this set. Also this guy lives literally 2 minutes away from me and is a brother of a friend of mine.

Sorry for the bragfest, but this is one of the last things I was needing to complete my 90 hatch and I'm excited as hell about it.

I'm also installing a complete A/C system with new dryer bottle and expansion valve (a must if you're using used parts and want it to blow cold) and I'll be riding with A/C for the first time in my own car since like 1998.

haha, good pick-ups though. very rare to find any more Si seats without that usual tear on the driver's side bolster.

 

Yeah I know the anti-pics rules, but this is more of a tech thing if I include the how-to install the rear speaker assy, etc.

I'm not trying to post pics of the whole car in any bling bling fashion...

 

it would def help to get more tech articles up in here. can't wait to see it
