Default Hesitation on a B16

90 rex with B16. Once the engine completely warms up, ive got a hesitation when I am BARELY on the throttle, just trying to stay at a constant speed. Once you get past a ceratin point, it comes out of it. Car was recently tuned before winter, any idea?

Try checking your o2 sensor, when those are bad they are known to bog your car down and especially trying to keep a steady speed.
