Default 99ex into a 93 dx

i got a 99 ex block with a 95 si head, si trans. im 99% sure this bolts right in using all my si axles and such some one agree with me so i can put this motor in
also i have the p28 computer and i dont have the SI harness to contorl vtec. anyone know how i can wire my p28 so i can run the vtec and still not have to re wire the whole car, or should i just use my dx ecu and some how wire the vtec in that way?
also i just bought a zex kit. anyone run nitrous what shot can i use and be safe on a stock interals w/ 52k. and everything possible done besides internals

Why not just do the 95 Si motor. Save yourself the OBD conversion and be done with it. The z6 and the y8 are very comparable motors.
