can anyone give the low down on how to set the timing properly on a dohc zc? my motor didn't come with the plastic timing belt cover (which i'm assuming has the arrows to line up everything by)
i've got the cam timing right, but i just want to know where exactly to point the lines on the crank to time it with the cams.
i've got her set pretty good right now... intake isn't to loud and it doesn't backfire bad, but i'd like a sure-fire way to know that its 100% correctly timed

Im really not sure, but im willing to bet its very close. I would start from there see how it runs. Then Move it 1 tooth backwards on the crank and see how it runs even 1 tooth will make it run like **** so you will know when you get it right.
line up the line that is on the crank shaft itself with the little arrow(which is really a hand), that makes your block TDC, then put the cams at TDC...
