you'd get better responses from the general population of this board if you used gramatically understandable english...as far as your mods, you do realize mugen never made an exhaust for a 97 CL...but anyways, h22's seem to vary greatly with engine power...some dyno at 185ish stock, others at around 165 stock...it's odd that there is such a variance in the motors, but i guess that's just how it is..

if ur gonna get a vafc, ur gonna tune it, vafc is 200ish, ur gonna buy a p28 so why not just get hondata s100 for 200ish which is better than a vafc and u shouldnt change the vtec setting anyways....hondata will give u better results with tuning than a vafc...plus chips arent that good....

from my understanding, it seems as if he already has those mods listed and wonders what his whp will be w/ a dyno tune and a regulator, my assumption, a fuel pressure regulator.

I'm not too sure, but OBX headers suck , 'custom mugen' exhaust sounds like a cheezy replica from eBay and I'm not 100% JUN even makes a chipped ECU for the H22. But if get everything you listed by good companies .. then you'll prob. be around 290hp-ish ..
