Default Buzzing Sounds

Hey,
Whenever i hookup the input / output wires up to my headunit, there is a loud buzzing sounds that changes pitch as the car moves faster. The input/output wires do not even need to be hooked up to the amp and it changes pitches when other eletrical objects are turned on.
Thanks for the Help
