this question is for anyone who has koni sports (not sp3) on their 94-97 accord. the set that i ordered came in and i noticed the front struts only have two perches, where as i thought it would have 3. did koni make a change? the part numbers on the struts are correct. the rears i received are the sp3 versions. im going to exchange the sp3's for the regular sports, but i want to know if i should be exchanging the front as well so i can have 3 perches. thanks guys.

 

There are two types by KONI ..

SPECIAL (RED) ..


AND SPORT (YELLOW) ..


I'm not sure what your talking about .. and I don't think anyone else does either b/c their not replying. Whats SP3?

 

koni sport sp3 made by neuspeed, a little shorter shaft and 5 perch grooves instead of 3. made to be used with neuspeed race springs.

so does anyone have koni sports installed on their 90-97 accord? i just want to know how many perch grooves you guys have. Thanks.
