Default little problem with head light....?

Ok, I was just wondering if anyone ever had this problem before or if anyone knows of this problem and could help me out. I have a 99 ls and just recently my passenger sidelow beam went out....but the drivers side still works, also the highs work fine. I checked the 10amp fuse and that was fine, i put a new bulb in and that didnt work, the harness is fine , so i tested the wires coming from the original wiring of the car and there is no power there when the headlights are on, it is really confusing me what the prob is, this type of thing has never happened with my car in the 2 years i owned it and I dont have any idea what to do, im not about to bring it to acura so they can charge me like 500 bucks, any have any ideas??? I appreciate anybodys help. Thanks

you can tap the wire and find out which wire is dead. Then just rewire that wire with a new one...i think its a 22gauge wire.

be sure to check both headlight fuses, each low beam and each high beam has their own individual fuse (4 in all).
