Default clutch problem

I have a 92 civic HB dx swapped in a d16z6 w/greddy turbo. I put in a new ACT xtreme pressure plate and street disc. Got it to run but it don't seem to shift into gear when the car is running. Do any one have the same problem before with the ACT xtreme pressure plate? I think the pressure plate might be bad. Any tips on what's going on?

Everything is new. The shift linkage is all good. I'm putting back in the stock clutch to see what's up.
