oil change for high miles

hey if anyone can help me i heard putting higher weight oil is good for high mileage teg. i have about 140 k on it, and just wanted to confirm. am currently using 10w30 syth blend.

i haqve about 105k and i use moble 1 snythetic 5w30 works great or just stay what you are wit
