hybrid (ls vtech/b20 vtech) or b16a/b18c
I have a 91 hatch and wanted to know where i should put my money? Should i go with a hybrid engine like ls vtec or b20 vtec or should i put a b-16a or a gsr motor in my car? If you have estimate prices for any of these swaps that would be cool to. I have a zc in there right now. Another option is to turbo the zc. i dont know what to do!

Well if you want VTECH go buy a sticker! But for real you should do your own research and look at the pros and cons for yourself!
LS/VTEC is for poor folk who cant afford a real 1.8L DOHC VTEC. if you have the money for a GSR, then get a GSR. the main arguement for LS VTEC is that you can find an LS block for very cheap, and if you can find a DOHC VTEC head for under $500 or so, then you can build the bottom end of the LS VTEC with better internals for the same price of a GSR.
b18c1 is probably the best block there for boosting... yet, it's quite a bit more expensive than the b16a1 .. if you've got the cash, i'd go with the b18c1 then boost it.... otherwise, b16a1 and boost...
