Try to find a G2 GSR although you probably won't

GSRs and Type Rs are the fastest integras, but i doubt you can find one for 2000

Save up until you get your license...You'll have a better car for cheaper and more money to spend by then.

If you shop around you will probally be able to find a GSR in the $3000 range. I paid $3500 for my 96 GSR and it was in perfect condition.

You can find a DA for around $2000.

DA chassis, from either the 1st Generation 86-89 Integra or 2nd Generation 90-93 Integra, you might be able to find some 3rd Generation 94-01 Integras for cheap, but you won't be getting a VTEC motor. Integras hold more value because they are classified as Acura's. Which is nothing more than a glorified Honda. Keep saving, I bought my first Integra for 1500, it was a 91 LS, no complaints from my side, I still have it 3 years later.

Yeah save your pennies little man. By the time you are ready to buy a car, tegs will be even cheaper...

I've seen a handful of rebuilt/salvage title third gen GSR's in decent shape go for as low as $2500 before. One even had a 98+ bumper conversion with the OEM kit.
