I know this is going to fall on deaf ears

but for the love of god

please

please please please please

send it to your local Jet Hot dealer.

It will make alot more power have better reponse and keep underhood temps rediculously cooler

now I know having them look like there permanently poilshed with no bluing is not JDM bling but trust me those things disapate considerable heat

and they are really to big as it is for a stock motor since they were designed for a full toda motor

vapor will yell at me but he sucks too !

yeah what buster all that money in cooling when you could simply coat those freakin headers but noooooo! you would rather heat soak that puny stock radiator so the other h4 CRX's can pass by laughing

caught ya smoking crack-cocaine again. I'll use your arguement and say since the headers are too big and are not designed for a stock motor since they were designed for a full toda motor, I gained about 10-12whp b/c the headers were too big and weren't designed for the stock engine.

And since I have not heard to this day of any s2k overheating at the track, supercharged/turbocharged/NA, you're right again since the stock s2k radiator is the smallest of the Honda family and gets heat soaked more than the H4 CRX's. x2

"I gained about 10-12whp b/c the headers were too big and weren't designed for the stock engine"

"about" is not fact

dyno charts of that mod before and after are.

"s2k overheating at the track, supercharged/turbocharged/NA"

really cause even you have said you get knocking in your car on a hot day, with boost this will exagerate the problem. Detonation seems to really heat things up in a hurry yO!

BTW

Yellow Streak boiled his motor good last year

so now you can say you've heard of at least one

now go hit your hammer with your head

I never said the car pings in hot weather when being pushed, only said it's wiser to run higher octane gas when running at willow at 110 degrees since that's what wise people do, they run sythetic oil in their engines if they plan to track their cars often....etc etc etc.

YS's case is different, I'm talking about factory sealed engines. Plain and simple, the car wont overheat unless there is air in the system, the thermostat sticks shut, or the radiator plugs a hole. The stock cooling system on the s2000 works very well. Oil temps are the only thing that creep up there on a tracked s2000 that is blown either supercharger or turbo.

I'm not one to speak BS. If you need me to post up dyno's showing the gains of the toda header alone and wont take my word for it, all you need to do is:

I don't take anyones word

not even when my mom tried to assure me that I was'nt addopted

either way busta

it expels a considerable amount of heat, which slowly f's everything up like the coil packs or simply degrades the radiator hose faster.

Point being if you can afford them why not do it right ?

I may not know you or vapor personally, but Vapor has crazy amounts of credit and respect on this forum. I heed his advice, and so do others.

Not sure why you are giving him ****, maybe you are just joking around. But I'd take Vapor's word as do many others, any day...... all ***-kissing aside - the guy just knows what he is talking about.

Actually I know vapors and I always give him ****, it keeps his mind sharp.

No one is more focused than when there pissed.

sometimes I'm right sometimes I'm wrong, sometimes I say the wrong thing so it gets him thinking about why it's wrong and vs versa

I'm just happy he's going to keep the car steet legal for now

BTW I don't take anyones word for anything if I know better. And building engines is something I've done quite a bit more of than he has, though he knows other things better like how to wire up Hella Horns

http://www.jet-hot.com/pages/headercoatings.html

Just check it out, I'm not paid by the company to promote them or anything lame but because those headers are a sizeable investment and it's well worth the money and the whole do it right so if you have to sell them you can thing
