the car is an 89 crx dx with jdm d15bvtec (stock)and a p08 ecu. it is throwing codes 9 and 21. i have checked the distributor wiring and redid it( still throws same codes). i checked the vtec wiring and redid it(same codes). i swapped ecu (same codes) and swapped distributor(same codes)the car cuts out from 75% to wot and at wot it will bogg to around 3500-4000.used boomslang jumper harness. this is gay please help me, thank you all in advance. i will give my input on any problems others have with this swap if you post.

 

Maybe there is something faulty within the wiring harness conversion. I would double check the conversion harness and make sure that everything is going to the right place.

 

and what might those codes be ?

 

The post says codes 9 & 21, which I believe are TDC sensor and VTEC solenoid.

 

Is it bogging out or misfiring maybe? I know i had a bad plug wire once that made it seem like my motor would bog down and almost cut off when ever i pushed the pedal pasted 75% --- wot.Just an idea check plug wires

 

now its throwing a 19 but still boggs could it be a ground or is it because its an auto ecu

 

the car is fixxed now, it was a problem with the tps, it was cracked in shipping so it didnt work right
