the ecu is throwing codes 9 and 21, the car will climb to redline(7500 or so)with partial throttle. i am running a p08 ecu(jdm) on a d15b vtec. the car will cut out at and ever after 3/4 throttle and if you hold the gas down it will sit at 3500-4000. the vtec will not engage. here is what i have checked thus far..... i have swapped the p08 with a p28 ecu(same codes), swapped distributor(same codes) re-ran the cyp wires to boomslang conversion harness and checked them, re-ran vtec wiring and checked those too...... this is bs if you ask me but if there is any other person that this happened to or knows someone that this happened to and you know how to fix it please leave post..... thanks in advance... any other problems you have please post and i will help out.
