Default Need advice??

my car does not run the same ever since my distributor came loose becuase I forgot to tighten it. It was in the garage for a week until my friend came over and we adjust the timing because it jumped over couple teeth. Now my car is running but doesnt seem to run the same. My v-tec doesn't kick at 4500 rpm anymore it used too with the chip

Mods are 96 gsr with
skunk 2 cam gears
skunk 2 cams
Aem cold air
DC header/exhuast
P 28 with skunk 2 chip

any advice on what I should check??? or should I just take it in for a tune up.

what you need to do is get it timed back to specs and get it running right.

My guess is you severly screwed up the timing. If the timing belt 'jumped over a couple of teeth' did you take the timing belt back off and set your cam's back to TDC? If not, that's part of your problem too.

I'd take 'er in for a tune up and new belt.
