OK here my problem i bought a 91 Civic dx hatch 5sp and it has a blown motor.
Then just yesterday i noticed that the tranny wiring has been burnt to a crisp.

Im putting a D16z6 in it, the motor has already been bought what should i do to fix it .NEED Advice i searched Any Help Please

tranny wiring? you mean the wires for your reverse lights or one of the grounds that connects to your tranny? sorry, I dont totally understand what you're asking..

 

get your harness ready for mpfi. yeah and the tranny wires? not really sure what you mean. for the d16z6 go ahead and replace the timing belt, belt tensioner, and water pump just while you have it out of the car. makes it a bit easier. also look into some new gaskets (cams, valve cover, spark plug gaskets.)

 

its the big fat harness that connect up by the engine bay fuse box some of the lower wires are fried even the clips so i cant rewire them ?is that the engine harness or what?

hmmm well if what im thinking of is just friend you could attemp to find some clips and take the wire back till its good. get yourself a suadering gun and go to work. that or find yourself a new dx harness. which ever would be cheaper. check ebay.

 

thanks for the advice, but i think im just going to have a harness made up for my application
