Hey i really need some help i got scammed, i sent a guy money on feb. 12th and finally i filled a police report then they sent out my tail lights and i just got them today. The tail lights i got are not for my ******* car. I have a 96 civic coupe and i think these are for a sedan can anyone confirm exactley what these tail lights are for? I have the other 3 pieces if you guys cant tell from these pictures. How much could i sell these lights for? Because i either deal w/the hassle to send it back to this fuckface or i just sell them online, which i think would be alot easier.

They look like 96-98 Civic Sedan tails to me.

 

those are 99-00 4 door outter pieces

Thats what i thought they were, how much do you think i can sell them for? I'm so ******* pist i waited 2 months for these ******** just to send them and after the cops knock on their door they just sent me this ****.

Haha **** you, i paid 82 for these, they were supposed to be 99-00 civic coupe tail lights.

So which are they?
96-00 civic sedan
96-98 civic sedan
99-00 civic sedan

I think their off a 99-00 civic and they will fit 96-00 right? (thats how it is for the coupes)

I'm gonna try to make some of it back, i dont want $20, i just asked what car their from and how much i could sell them for.
I need to know what car their from so i can tell the police and possibly sell them.

Thats kinda what i want to know, cause these things do have the amber in them. Does anyone know for sure, everyones saying different years.

 

those are from a 99-00 civic sedan 4dr those are the outers and no they wont work in a 96,97 or 98 the shape is different

The guy seemed like he was making you an offer to be generous and try and help you out in your time of need and you shot him down ... That is harsh. It looks like a 96-00 sedan outside section light to me because I thought the sedans in EK's kept the same looking lights just they changed the coupe lights and the hatch lights. I have no idea how much they are worth but that sucks you got scammed. Call the po-po's again on their ***.

 

if you look at 96-98 4dr tail lights they are not glassy looking they look dull and the reverse light is on the bottom on the trunk piece and 99-00 tails look real glassy and the reverse light is on top on the trunk piece

$20 for an entire set of tail-lights, thats not even a lowball offer.

But yeah i guess i'll have to go to the police AGAIN, i tried calling the guy about 10 times tonight and he never answered this is sooo frusterating, after 2 months and then finally i get my lights and their not even for my car. Dealing online SUCKS!

it's only $82 we're talking about here too, i cant imagine the RAGE those guys have that get ripped off 500+ or 1000+.

If thats the case then their definatley 99-00 i'll take a picture of the inner piece in a few minutes thanks!

 

oh ok yeah in the pic these lights look glossy but if they are dull then they are 96-98 i know how much a digital camera can fix up stuff to look different

no man these are 99-00 tails because the amber as at the top on these and on a 96-98 the amber is on bottom look at these pics of the 99-00 tail lights

and you can compare the shapes look at the shape of the light on the trunk they are completely different

 

Will these fit a 96-98 seems like they would.
