Default 1/4 mile times for h22 in 5th gen car

I did a search, and didn't really find anything. I am putting a 95 h22a in my 95 accord. Auto to manual swap as well. What kind of times are people running with this setup? It will be COMPLETELY stock for a little while.

a 95 accord would be 5th gen buddy...

i have a 96 (obd1) h22, stock everything pretty much (including intake and exhaust) and an f22 tranny...got down to a 15.1 at 88 or 89 i can't remember...

It just a question, dont take it personally. If you think it's a waste of your time then don't bother to look twice. Posting garbage reply wouldnt get you anywhere

back to the topic, you might want to get the short-geared prelude tranny with the dohc motor. Just to complete the swap.
Taller gear(sohc f series in general) is not exactly the the perfect match for h22, Assuming you not running boost.

Well thanks fat joe. That was probably the most worthless post on h-t. Good work. Maybe it is you don't like "bench racing", because you own 17 sec. cars?

My car is a 5th gen, SORRY for getting that wrong. What was i thinking?

I just wanted to know what to expect. This isn't an exactly cheap swap.

Well before you start assuming about his ride....think twice.

As far as answering the question, I have seen 4th gen and 5th gen accords with h22 engine/tranny run low 15's high 14's and thats on a stock block. With some bolt ons and a few "tweaks" could manage low 14's .

That's the answer i was looking for, thank you VRDrvr. As far as my fat joe comment, i asked a legit question, i didn't need an ignorant comment. Just an answer, that you provided. Thanks.

i was on pirelli pzero nero's...some new modifications should lower the et a bit, type r intake manifold and custom header, full exhaust should do the trick...and oh yeah, a little spray to top it off

can't wait to start installing all these parts in the ol garage

That's kinda what i was thinking. My buddy had a h23 lude with i/h/e and a fully done head. He ran a 14.7 without spray. And a 13.9 with. That's a non lsd run. Zero traction.
