I don't think those are available here in the US, very nice looking tire BTW... Are those street usable? What is the treadwear rating? I am looking for some sticky tires that'll also work on the street, so far I've found the Dunlop SP9000s to be my best bet...

i don't know what the treadware rating is...

they are extremely soft, so they wouldn't make a good street tyre in terms of tread life. they are basically a race compound tyre that can be used to "legally" drive to and from events. full slicks are not legal for street use over here.
if these are anything like bridgestone re540s, or dunlop d01j's, i wouldn't expect them to last longer than about 10k km on the street.

so, i guess they are street usable, but you wouldn't want to unless you can afford new tyres at very frequent intervals- i know i can't.

Those look like they'll grip well! They don't look very wide though. What is the size of them ?

Do they have stiff sidewalls ?

They actually resmeble the Advan A032R which just recently came to the US.

i won't know how stiff they are till i hit them up at the track tomorrow morning, but the sidewalls are thick, and the ride is quite rough (not to mention that it sounds like a helicopter is above the car on the motorway), so i'm guessing they'd be reasonably stiff like other tyres of the sort.

these are meant to be a competitor of the A032R's... don't know if they'd be as good though, from what i've been told, A032r's are the ****.

Uh those have been in the US for quite awhile, I remember Stillen using them on their supercharged Maxima in the late 90's.

i went and spent a day at the track on the 10th, turns out that these tyres are, by far, the best bang for buck mod i have done to my car. huge reserves of mid corner grip, and i basically lapped for a whole session without having the tyres heat up to the point of losing consistency.
if you can get your hands on them and you go to the race track, do it!

my best investment for the track yet.
