sup guys , i installed my rc440s the other day . and i had to take the throttle body off to lift the rail high enough . im asuming this is where my problem lies . now when i rev the car at any rpms above 2k , say i hold it to 4k , it will drop to 3.5k then up to 4k , and repeat. what can this be??? possible tb leak???? i dont know what do look for. thanks.

 

well , if you dont have a 2000 d16y8 motor with an aem fpr , then you wouldnt know. but to get the new ones in i had to unbolt the tb the get the rail high enough.

 

did you rip the gasket when you took off the tb?
