b18c1 turbo, and upgrades

if i get a turbo with 20lbs. of boost or more what other internals should i get besides, pistons, valves, intake/exhaust manifold, retainers, spark plugs, fuel injectors. any awnsers will help. even complaints.

What turbo are you planning on running and how much power do you plan on making???
