torn front mount Help!

torn front mount Help!
front tranny mount on my 90 ls is torn. i really dont want to have to go to the "stealership" to get a new front mount. my options as far as i know are:
Fill the mount with window urethane?
get the energy suspension inserts?
Find prothane inserts?
the energy suspension insserts are crap, then feel so soft and flimsy.
any other suggestions, let me know.

es are on the soft side, but i wouldnt say they are crap. my torque mounts were torn up, i put the inserts in regardless, and they made it flex a lot less afterwards... it definitely flexes less than a stock engine mount setup.
