Skunk 2 coilover question.

Skunk 2 coilover question.
i recently got a hold of a used set of Skunk 2 coilovers for an RSX. looking at the box i see these 2 Metal circle plates that looks like they go on top of the springs. Are there only suppose to be 2 or 4?

I just pick up a set of used ones myself, one of the upper hats it a little bent but it still seems to sit on the spring pretty securely. I was wondering if this would affect anything once they are installed.
