I'm making my own manifold and I would like to get it tig welded because it will hold up to heat better, but I don't know how and it's cost a LOT to pay somone locally, so let me know if you would like to help a HTMer out. (I would have everything tack welded together, just need someone to finish it off with tig)

 

i think youd be better off buying a premade unit.

OR buy your own tig unit and make some $$$ seling your own manifolds and exhausts and doing small welding jobs for ppl.

those 2 things are like polar opposites.

First you say he should just buy one(a manifold). It sounds like you are inferring that he doesn't know how to make a manifold. I have no clue if he knows how to make a manifold or not, but after saying that you go and tell him to go buy a tig welder and make his own custom manifolds and exhausts? WTF
