Default What is this thing on the b16a manifold??

What is that thing that is bolted up under the throttle body on a b16a manifold? It has a bigger and a smaller coolant line running to it, is it some sort of cold air/idle heater?
INstalling the new AEBS mani and it doesnt have the mounting holes there to bolt that thing up. IS it ok to bypass this thing? and what is the best way to do it for the cleanest look?
I'm trying to post pics but i dont have the software on this comp to dl from camera.

Sorry to post here, but i know a lot of you guys tried the AEBS manifold and i posted in 3 other forums with NO response.

There's 4 nipples on the back of the new mani, not sure which one the hose goes to that connects up on the firewall? Looks like a evap or breather hose of sorts?

Also what fuel rail do i need to make this work? Is it any 94+ civic? any integra ones?

Sounds like a fast idle control valve.

As you probably know, ITR's don't have B16's so this isn't the best place to ask a B16 question.
