Default Installing cam gears and crank pulley on 01 LS engine...HELP!

Hey,

I got an 01 Integra LS engine and i am changing the cam gears and the crank pulley. I am wondering if anybody has a guide, or step-by-step instructions on how to install these. We do have some experience and we have access to a shop.

Thanks in advance...

johan

I personally find the Kragen/Pepboys manuals more practical for basic stuff like this. The Helms is great for torque specs/diagrams and in depth stuff though.

But in case you're wondering, http://www.c-speedracing.com has an awesome how-to section. What you're looking for should be in there.

To change your crank pulley you will need a crank pulley holder to keep it still while you break loose the bolt. the cam gears are fairly easy just take your time and make sure the cams dont move at all. Put the gears at stock settings for now until you have time to tune them.
