check engine code 67 and 90?

67-Catalyst system efficiency below threshold.
90-EVAP contol system leakage

My gf's car is throwing theses 2 codes. What could be going wrong to throw these codes? What and where should I check? The car is a 99 accord ex.

i searched and found out 67 is pretty much a new cat. But i couldn't find anything on 90. Any help?
