Default Are these SBC Camber Adjustments Quality Stuff for Track Days??

I'm looking at some camber correction products. Is this a quality product? Race proven?

I don't want to snap a ball joint in Turn 6 at Watkins Glen.

If you are talking about the Specialty Products kits shown-they work very well. SPC is one of the oldest manufacturers of alignment products. They do extensive R&D on each design. Our race car and the Prelude have this company represented. The Prelude uses the 67135 and since install they have virtually no wear from both road or HPDE. The race car uses SPC eccentric anchor bolts (required) and they are holding up well thus far. If you want to see the quality of their stuff-I'll be at The Glen mid July (PDA). Let me assure you that you will not have a problem with the parts when properly installed and aligned. This has been my experience. The Bus Stop can be interesting depending on your entry speed as can the boots corners. Race Safe

Thanks for the feedback. I've run with PDA for years - have we met? I'm purchasing a new house in 2 weeks, which may keep me away from the track a bit. We'll see. Are you doing any other North East events in the near future?

I've been tracking a very stock 97 ITR for years. It currently has Koni yellows and stock springs. I'm likely to go the coil over route sometime in the future, but I'd like the ability right now to adjust camber on a stock set up. Swapping tires on rims to prolong their life gets tedious.

Thanks again.

Here's a post that I made about a new version that SPC will be coming to market with shortly:

After reading that, many people seem to have a problem with the ball joint camber kit, is there a problem with these will they slip? I have them now but have not installed them, should I have gotten the anchor bolts?

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by jc836 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">The race car uses SPC eccentric anchor bolts (required) and they are holding up well thus far. </TD></TR></TABLE>

Do you have a part number for those too? I'm sure I would use the same ones.
