I purchased my first Honda last year a 2003 I really like it,except.......the passenge side front window rattles when it is all the way up. the dealer has greased the rubber molding it goes up against but this is only a band aid and usually starts rattling again before I get back home. I have tried greasing it myself but now it doesn't help,,it seems to be getting worse and now the other side does it once in a while...any ideas

 

do you have tint on your windows?

 

no tinting,,although I am thinking about having it done..I wonder if it would help or hurt?

I don't think tinting will worsen it. I have the same car but haven't had any window noise. Just keep taking it back to the dealer, it's under warranty. It's a pain, but they are liable.

 

the bad thing is the dealer says dirt gets in the track,,so they clean it and grease it and by the time you get the car bAck home it's rattling again.

 

Is the car an EX or an LX?

 

mine had rattles. but after the dealer greese it . no more rattle
